YK Series Vibrating Screen used in crushing plant

Vibrating screen are used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or end use according to the customers' requirements.

In a crushing plant, after primary crushing, the raw materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor. And then the materials is separated by passing through a vibrating 'screen box' which has a number of different screens. Then the materials fall through like a sieve and then by the forcing of the motor, will be separated into different sizes and fall onto the attached conveyors. The materials reach the required sizes will be conveyed for end use while the other will be conveyed for secondary crushing.
